Chateau Din Condominium has selected Sean Cahill Masonry, Inc. (101 Beach St. Quincy) to perform restorative work on the masonry at 61 Quint Ave. This work will include reconstruction of the parapets around the Quint and Radcliffe Road sides of the building, repointing the entire north wall, reconstruction of the chimney above the roof line, and the replacement of the roof and flashing.
Work began on Friday, May 23rd, and is projected to continue about approximately six weeks.
